RAISING FUNDS FOR SIX SCHOLARSHIPS DETERMINED BY OUR ORGANIZATION PAID BY COMMUNITY FOUNDATION. THESE SCHOLARSHIPS HELP OUTSTANDING DESERVING WOMEN ACHIEVE SELF SUFFICIENCY.

RAISING AND EXPENDING FUNDS IN SUPPORT OF EDUCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO DESERVING INDIVIDUALS AND GIVING CHARITABLE DONATIONS TO THOSE IN NEED.

EDUCATIONAL AND ENRICHMENT CLASSES IN AND SCIENCES TO STUDENTS OF ALL AGES.

Scholarships

The Organization promotes and provides the educational content for sail training programs on the sailing school vessel Harvey Gamage and also provides trade instruction programs conducted both on board the same vessel and at shore-based educational facilities. The Organization will also provide scholarship support for the programs to the extent funds are available.The vessel will operate during the spring, summer, and part of the fall in the Gulf of Maine and Canadian maritimes. Each fall and spring, the vessel will transit down the Atlantic coast while conducting educational programming provided by the Organization. In the winter months, the educational programming will occur in the Southeastern United States or the Caribbean.The Organization has also provided grant funding to an unrelated non-profit organization with a charitable purpose similar to that of the filing organization in support of their operations.

SUPPORT AND ENHANCE THE EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE OF STUDENTS AT

PROVIDED CULTURAL ENRICHMENTS AND STIPENDS TO STUDENTS IN US

We are an of Ice hockey officials that help supply officials to all youth hockey games in the / area. We collect fees from youth hockey organizations and distribute these same funds to the officials that work games. We also have funds from prior years that are used as a scholarship to send players to hockey camps. Due to COVID, we did not send any players to hockey school in 2021. We also started a new scholarship fund in the name of one of our deceased members. This new scholarship will be used to offset expenses for new first time officials and may also be used to send a senior official to a more advanced camp in USA Hockey. The new scholarship will only have expenses or grants in 2022.

SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED TO EIGHT AREA STUDENTS FOR COLLEGE EDUCATION.

Historically, the has operated lease agreements with two 501(c)(3) organizations, Cultivating Communities and Center for African American Heritage, for a total of 8 acres. The lease allowed both groups to actively farm this acreage for $1 per year. Both groups ran programs to educate students in both gardening and business management. Food produced by both groups was donated to individuals in need or sold to raise funds to be donated to people in need.The has also operated a service agreement with the University of Maine Cooperative Extension to use 3 acres of agricultural land for growing foodstuffs and demonstration programs.In March, 2019, the donated all of its land holdings to the Town of Falmouth, ME. This transfer of property effectively terminated the 's operations. All remaining funds, after paying for closing expenses and land maintenance performed before the donation, have also been contributed to the Town of Falmouth.

We will provide financial support to our communities primarily through scholarships and individual hardship grants.
