CFP IS THE CO-CREATOR AND INTERNATIONAL FUNDING AND PROGRAM PARTNER FAMBUL TOK, THE NATIONAL PROGRAM OF COMMUNITY-OWNED AND LED RECONCILIATION. CFP HAS SUPPORTED, AND IN TURN, LEARNED FROM THE CONSULTATIVE PROCESSES THE FAMBUL TOK STAFF USES TO FORWARD THE WORK ON THE GROUND. CFP USES THEIR TALENTS AND RESOURCES TO CREATE SPACE LOCAL LEADERS AND SOLUTIONS TO EMERGE. THAT MEANS WORKING IN-DEPTH, RESPONSIVELY, AND OVER LONG PERIODS OF TIME, SO THAT PROGRAMMING SPRINGS FROM LOCALLY DEFINED NEEDS AND DESIRES. THEY BUILD AND ADVOCATE LONG-TERM STRUCTURES AND SYSTEMS TO ADDRESS DIFFICULT, REAL-WORLD PROBLEMS, WHILE ALSO DEVELOPING THE LOCAL RESOURCES REQUIRED TO SUSTAIN THE HEALTHY SYSTEMS.
