Equity Capacity Building: Staff, consultant, and evaluator support to implement the Equity Capacity Building Program, which focuses on community-based organizations that are led by individuals from populations that experience inequitable burdens and disparities in quality of care, and that address the needs of such populations. Specifically, this includes grantee-determined technical assistance and support to wrap around grant funds. In 2021, a program redesign effort involved significant staff time as well as stipends for grantees who participated in advising the planning process.

Historically, the has operated lease agreements with two 501(c)(3) organizations, Cultivating Communities and Center for African American Heritage, for a total of 8 acres. The lease allowed both groups to actively farm this acreage for $1 per year. Both groups ran programs to educate students in both gardening and business management. Food produced by both groups was donated to individuals in need or sold to raise funds to be donated to people in need.The has also operated a service agreement with the University of Maine Cooperative Extension to use 3 acres of agricultural land for growing foodstuffs and demonstration programs.In March, 2019, the donated all of its land holdings to the Town of Falmouth, ME. This transfer of property effectively terminated the 's operations. All remaining funds, after paying for closing expenses and land maintenance performed before the donation, have also been contributed to the Town of Falmouth.
