Grants of up to $2,000 to Maine for-profit entities and individual entrepreneurs in eligible locations for business development activities. Funding is intended for technical support that helps established companies grow and assists with the launching of new businesses. Eligible applicants are located in Skowhegan.
Grants can be used for technical assistance, including but not limited to:
Hiring someone to help with business planning
Hiring a consultant or advisor
Marketing/logo/brand development
Website creation
Attending a course or mentoring opportunity
Hiring an architect, engineer, or other specialists
