Grant of $7,500 and in-kind support to a USA or territories nonprofit organization. The purpose of this program is to support a mentoring program in an organization that is working towards racial equity. In addition to funding, the grantee will receive software and standard customer success services for a mentoring program supporting up to 500 program participants (aka mentors/mentees) concurrently. The purpose of the program is to be an ally in the pursuit of racial equity and equality.

Number of Grants:

Each year, Chronus will grant one non-profit a contract for Chronus mentoring software and standard services.

Estimated Size of Grant:

The winning organization will receive a three-year contract for Chronus mentoring software and basic customer success services for up to 500 program participants concurrently as well as a cash grant in the amount of $7,500 in order to assist you in implementing and facilitating a mentoring program using the Chronus mentoring software.

Chronus’ basic customer success services include program implementation and configuration, program administrator onboarding, testing, and access to continued guidance and support for the extent of your contract, including a named Customer Success Specialist, our 24×5 Help Desk, and the Chronus Help Center.

The Prizes are collectively worth an estimated retail value of $82,500.

Term of Contract:

Chronus will grant a non-profit a three-year contract for Chronus mentoring software and standard services.

Additional Eligibility Criteria:

Any US tax-exempt non-profit organization is eligible to enter. Applications will evaluate each organization’s positive impact on the Black community, Indigenous communities and/or other communities of color as well as the organization’s commitment to a mentoring program to positively impact racial equity.

Limit one entry per Organization. Current Chronus customers are not eligible to apply. Applicants must be legal residents of the 50 U.S. + DC and US territories.

Pre-proposal Conference:

A virtual information session will be held on July 28, exploring the various mentoring use cases the platform serves and illustrating the platform’s functionality.

This Contest starts at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time (PT) on July 29, 2021, and ends at 5:00 p.m. PT on September 30, 2021.

Judging will occur after the Entry Period and winners will be notified on November 11, 2021.
